Post-Graduate Studies

Hello teacher and classmates! Hope all is well. 

    Today I will tell you about the post-graduate that i have considered studying. I would like to study a certification in psychology, a mention in Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychology before I complete the career. Then, i would like to study a Master's Program in judicial psychology to validate both areas.

    I would like to study these subjects because they are most interesting. As I mentioned previously in others blogs, it is important that as a society we are concerned about building healthy, safe and happy childhoods and guarantee the rights of all children.

    Additionally, I would like to study outside of Chile. I would like to go to Spain because it is a beautiful and accessible country. Studying in another country opens the doors to many experiences and opportunities. Unfortunately it is too expensive, but I am not closed to the option of studying and working in another country. 

    Finally, I would like to study face to face, because it facilitates communication, it is more human. While getting out of the house, having routines, getting up early can be exhausting, it contributes positively to our mental health. Separating spaces for studying, sleeping, working, eating and having fun is necessary to be well and happy.

My dream job

Hello classmates!  I hope you had a great weekend! Today I will tell you about my dream job :D. 

Currently I studying psychology and I would like to work in clinic psychology or judicial psychology. I would like to work with children and adolescents, and I imagine my office with a lot of toys. To achieve this, in the first place, I need to work hard to finish my career and secondly, I always need to be studying. The skills I need are: communication skills, patience, empathy, resilience, etc. 

I would like to work with children because I am interested in respectful parenting, secure attachment and healthy and happy childhoods. In the judicial area, I would like to work with the protection of vulnerable children and cases of domestic violence. 

About the salary, really I do not expect much from it haha. I've always been told that psychologists don't make as much money as artists do hahaha but that's not a problem for me. I hope to earn enough to be able to survive and pay the bills.

A very different job, but also a dream job, is to have a entrepreneurship. I would love to be able to have a stationery or handmade things store, because I'm excited about the idea of preparing orders, shipping and managing an instagram account.

IT'S ME!

The best concert ever

Hello again!

I come to tell you about the best concert ever I attended. The concert was of the band The Pretty Reckless in March 2017 at Cariola theatre. I went with my two best friends: Nicolás and Camila, and we arrived four hours before the door opening because we wanted to be front row. We succeeded and enoyed it a lot. 

The Pretty Reckless is an American alternative rock band, currently formed by Taylor Momsen (vocalist and really beautiful), Ben Phillips (guitar), Mark Damon (bass) and Jamie Perkins (drums). We got to know the band through the song "Make Me Wanna Die" and we were lucky enough to hear their most recent album until then "Going To Hell". Anyway, our favorite album was Light Me Up.  

I remember that we were 16-17 years old and it was our first concert as friends. There were a lot of people and we were all very close together and very sweaty. The good thing about the concert is that we jumped, screamed, sang and laughed a lot; it's really nice to be able to enjoy shared tastes with friends.

Country I would like to go

Hi everyone! My name is Millaray Espinoza and today i will tell you about the country i would like to go. 

I really want to go to Australia because its beaches are beautiful and I would meet kangaroos. I really do not know much about the country, but i can say that it is a perfect country for learning to surf. In addition, Australia has a lot of tourist attractions, for example, in Sydney, capital of Australia, you can find Sidney Opera House, the iconic building. Also you can find the Sydney Harbour Bridge, among other attractions. 

My dream is to travel to Australia and rent a Volkswagen Kombi to go around the country and its beaches. Also, i would love to work or study for a especific time, i think that it is a great idea and it would be a beautiful experience. Studying or working help me with my English hahaha.
